Nothing
Firstly the manager was very rude and was not willing to listen. The food came out cold, drinks were flat, food was too salty, dinning area was over booked resulting in fire escapes being bloked, decor was to a poor standard, cutlery was given some time after food was served....

If Vietnamese is your favorite asiatic food, this is the place to go! The dishes are cooked on the spot which means it's all freshly cooked. The freshness of the products and the delicate mix of ingredients bring to your palate the exquisite flavours from Vietnam.

The waitresses' attitudes were very pleasant; they seemed anxious to please.
The quality of the food was very good, but it was let down by poor seasoning.
The restaurant was downstairs (in a basement) and was very hot. There was no ventilation, only a fan.
The staff were asked by our Thai friend to recommend a spicy dish and were unable to do so. After consultation with the chef, they told her that any dish cold be made as spicy as she wished, but in fact it made no difference. The flavours were bland. The salmon dish was supposed to come with a chilli soy sauce; there was no hint of chilli, the sauce tasted like oyster sauce, and the overwhelming taste sensation was of salt.
All the main courses were served on cold plates.
We ordered coffees to follow the deserts, but they came at least ten minutes before the deserts.
