They just get better and better. The chef here is genuinely gifted, with each dish causing a moment of pause to contemplate the care taken to create such perfection.
The foie gras starter is a bit parsimonious. For the price....€27? it should be two fair slices, not a single small one.

Consistently impressive. Service excellent and to a very high standard. The kitchen has become more inventive and thoughtful over time, and this restaurant has developed into a real gem. A Delicious terrine of quail was followed by a unique dish of Peking-style pork filet on a bed of garlic mash, and a beautiful strawberry degustation dessert. An excellent meal, and a great value.

Delicious orange-infused foie gras, followed by a simple but elegant filet of dourade, and a platter of small gourmet desserts that left us impressed with the craftsmanship of the kitchen. This restaurant consistently exceeds expectations.

Christian Le Squer est l’un des neuf chefs trois étoiles de la capitale. Son restaurant, Ledoyen, est un magnifique pavillon édifié en 1792 dont la salle de style Napoléon III offre une vue imprenable sur les jardins des Champs-Élysées.
