“On our fifth stay at this hotel, we finally had a flight leaving late enough in the day to allow us to take advantage of the restaurant buffet breakfast. Breakfast is supposed to be served until 10:00, but as we sat down to eat at 8:50, restaurant staff suddenly appeared in the dining room and began clearing the tables of their breakfast covers and resetting them for lunch. This made for a very noisy and uncomfortable dining experience, of course, but that was nothing compared to having disinfectant/cleaner sprayed on our table while we were eating!! Unbelievable. I have never encountered such an exhibition of unprofessional and inhospitable restaurant service in all my years of travelling in France.”
